Cotton University(CU) has released the official notification regarding the admission of Post Graduate courses. As per the official notification, Cotton University will conduct an entrance test to provide admission to meritorious students.
On 4th June, 2024 Cotton University is inviting Online Application from interested eligible students for admission to post graduate programs.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree with Honours/ Major from a recognised university. Candidates who have appeared/appeared in UG Final Semester Examination 2024 are also eligible to apply.
Reservation: The Rules of the Government of Assam Shall be Applicable.
Application Mode: Online
Gap in Study: Candidates having more than 3 years of study gap from the qualifying exam will not be eligible for Admission. It does not apply to the LLM Programme.
Cotton University (CPGEE) Entrance Examination 2024
Type of Exam: OMR Based Entrance Test
Type of Questions: Objective Multiple Choice Questions
Syllabus of Exam: Questions shall be based on the Cotton University UG syllabuses of the concerned subjects except for subjects not being taught as Honours/Core courses in this University. For those subjects not being taught as Honours/Core courses in Cotton University the entrance examinations shall be based on corresponding standard syllabuses of reputed Universities of India under UGC.
Date of Exam: CGPEE 2024 will be held in the last week of July 2024(tentative).
Marking Pattern: For every correct answer 4 marks shall be awarded and for each wrong answer 1 mark shall be deducted.
Cotton University PG Admission Fees (CPGEE 2024 Fee)
Application Fee: Candidates have to Pay Rs.800/- as an entrance examination fee to complete their application for the Post Graduate Entrance Exam to be conducted by Guwahati University. Payment of the application fee is to be done through the online mode of payment.
